Delivery

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use UPS to send all our orders. We can provide tracking information when the order leaves our facility.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping generally takes 3-8 business days, but depends on UPS. We can provide tracking information when the order leaves.

How much is shipping?

There is a 2 bottle minimum for shipping. Shipping is $20 for 2 bottles, $24 for 4 bottles, $30 for 6 bottles and $42 for 12 bottles.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You can be sent a confirmation email when your order is processed.

Do you deliver to my country?

We currently ship only within the United States of America.

Is there anything else I should know about shipping?

Shipping laws change state to state (sometimes county to county!), and they change frequently, so we’ll let you know if there’s a problem shipping to your state. Please visit The Wine Institute for current information. We ship to all ‘Yellow’ states, some ‘Blue’ states, and no ‘Purple’ states. All wine shipments must be signed-for by a person 21 or older.

Returns

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@heckerpasswinery.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling if we are not able to replace the wine. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund including shipping and handling charges if we are not able to replace the wine. All returns are at the discretion of Hecker Pass Winery. Please contact customer service for return authorization and instructions.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
